Supervision support

Have you ever felt stuck with a problem?
Have you ever not known where to get extra support?
Well, you are never alone!

If you need support you can get in touch to book in a session to go through any issues you are facing in your role supporting our young people in care. The meeting is an opportunity for you to bring any child that you would like to discuss to us as a team so that we can offer ideas, known effective interventions and another set of eyes over a case which might be giving you some difficulties. This could be a child in care or a child with a social worker who falls under our extension to role.

Supervision gives you the opportunity to discuss the area of concern and allows us to support you in supporting the child.

Focus of supervision is:
• To facilitate the sharing of good practice across the authority and beyond
• To offer advice, information or suggestions about how to support CiC or Children with a Social Worker
• To share latest DfE guidance
